Airtight Bag Tutorial
How to compress
1. Place the clothes into the airtight bag (it is recommended to use easily compressible clothes, such as down jackets and cotton-padded clothes; jeans or other less compressible clothes will show less noticeable compression results).
2. Close the zipper (ensure that both the front and end of the zipper are FULLY CLOSED).
3. Open the exhaust valve and press from bottom to top to release the air.
4. Close the exhaust valve.
5. Smooth out the surface, keeping the zipper flat to avoid bulging.
How to Open
1. Hold the buckle with one hand and pull the zipper with the other hand, creating opposing forces between them to open it.
2. Friendly Reminder: If it’s difficult to open the airtight zipper after compression, open the one-way mesh and gently move the internal silicone gasket with your fingers to let air enter the bag for 5-10 seconds (do not forcefully damage the silicone membrane).
Reminders
1. This zipper is airtight, so it is harder to pull than a regular zipper.
2. To prevent clothes from wrinkling due to excessive compression, the compression bag is not completely vacuum-sealed. When there is still space in the bag, it will gradually expand to reduce wrinkling of the clothes.
3. When using an air pump for compression, please press the clothes in the bag while pumping. This will make the compression effect more noticeable and effectively prevent the clothes from wrinkling (as shown in the diagram below).
