Shipping Information
Our store only provides shipping services to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
All local Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express, typically arriving within 5-7 working days.
All orders to Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China are shipped via SF Express, typically arriving within two weeks.
Shipping Methods and Fees
Hong Kong:
Customers can choose from the following SF Express delivery options:
- SF Station Pickup – Shipping fees ~$39-$47
- SF Service Center Pickup – Shipping fees ~$39-$47
- SF Express (Door-to-Door Delivery) – Shipping fees ~$44-$54
- Non-SF Pickup Points – Shipping fees ~$44-$54

Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China:
Customers can choose from the following SF Express delivery options:
- SF Station Pickup
- Door-to-Door Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Times
Hong Kong Orders:
- Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within one week after confirmation, and typically arrive at the delivery address within 2-4 working days after dispatch. Most orders will be delivered within one week.
- During peak order periods or in cases of stock shortages and restocking, delivery may take 10-14 days, though most orders will arrive within 7-10 days.
- All items require processing time before shipping, and most orders will be dispatched from the warehouse within 1-3 days after payment.
Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China Orders:
- Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within one week after confirmation, and typically arrive at the delivery address within two weeks after dispatch.
- During peak order periods or in cases of stock shortages and restocking, delivery may take 14-18 days, though most orders will arrive within 14 days.
- All items require processing time before shipping, and most orders will be dispatched from the warehouse within 1-3 days after payment.
Shipping Notification
Once your items have been shipped, we will notify you via email so you can stay updated on your order status.

All shipping fees are payable upon receipt and will be calculated based on SF Express’s official rates.
Modifying Orders and Delivery Addresses
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address or selected the wrong product variant, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as orders are typically processed immediately after confirmation and shipped either on the same day or the next day.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will be unable to intercept or modify the order details. Still, please contact us—we care about every customer’s needs and will try our best to help. We understand the frustration of paying for an item that cannot be used.
⚠ Please note: If we are unable to cancel the order and the item has been shipped to an incorrect address, we will not provide a refund.
Address Errors and Lost Packages
⚠ Note: If the delivery address provided by the customer differs from your usual residential address, we will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or packages lost due to the customer having moved from the provided address.
