Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Information

Our store only provides delivery services to Hong Kong and Macau .

All local orders are shipped by SF Express and usually take 5-7 working days to arrive.

 

 

Shipping methods and shipping costs

Customers can choose the following SF Express delivery methods:

  • Pick up at SF Express Station – Shipping fee $26
  • Pick up at SF Express Service Center – Shipping fee $26
  • SF Express (door-to-door delivery) – Shipping fee $46
  • Pickup points other than SF Express – Shipping fee $46

⚠The shipping fee will be paid upon pickup and will be calculated according to SF Express's official standards.

 

 

Shipping and Delivery Time

- Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within one week after confirmation, and delivery to the recipient’s address typically takes 2-4 working days after shipment. Most orders will arrive within one week.

- During peak order periods or in cases of stock shortages and restocking, delivery may take 10-14 days, though most orders will still arrive within 7-10 days.

- All items require processing time before shipment. Most orders will be dispatched from the warehouse within 1-3 days after payment.

 

Shipping Notification

Once your item has been shipped, we will notify you via email so you can stay updated on your order status.

 

Shipping Fee Details

All shipping fees are payable upon pickup and are calculated according to SF Express’s official rates.

- SF Station Pickup and SF Service Center Pickup: $26

- SF Express (Door-to-Door Delivery) and Convenience Store Pickup: $46

 

 

Modifying Orders and Delivery Addresses

If you have provided an incorrect delivery address or selected the wrong product variant, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.


However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as orders are typically processed immediately after confirmation and shipped either on the same day or the next day.


If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will be unable to intercept or modify the order details. Nevertheless, please still contact us—we care about every customer’s needs and will strive to assist you. We understand the frustration of paying for an item that cannot be used.


Please note: If we are unable to cancel the order and the item has been shipped to an incorrect address, no refunds will be provided.

 

 

Address Errors and Lost Packages

Important: If the delivery address provided by the customer differs from your usual residential address, we will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or packages lost or undeliverable due to the customer having moved from that address.
